Someone has hacked my account here!!!
I haven't posted anything at all in over a year and now my account has been accessed and used, obviously to bump a promotion blog that had gotten no attention on it's own.

Is there anything I can do about my account security???

First of all change your password straight away.

I think you do it on the update artist info page...
