Do you believe that people can be cosmically linked?
Have you ever met or seen a picture of someone where you had the reaction you just have to have them, have to be with them? Is it possible that there is some genetic code that has not been cracked yet about desirability issues?

I don't think anyone is cosmically linked but I have seen women I didn't know that evoked such strong feelings in me that it does seem like somehow I knew them in a another life or in an alternate universe. It seemed as though we were linked in some cosmic way or that somehow I was destined to be with them but destiny had been thwarted. Since I'm happily married, I don't think much about such things and I just chalk it up to bullshit projections on my part. I love life as it is, not how I imagine it could be. Sexual chemistry provokes all kinds of illusions that seem to be magical or supernatural but it's just sexual attraction and nothing more.

I like Glenn's take, because cosmic and comic are part of life. so comic it is

EVERYONE is cosmically linked. You are all part of the same thing. Call it God, the Universe, whatever, you are an instrument and a cell in its purpose to know itself.

I received a strong shock of recognition from Natalee Holloway, who was kidnapped, and disappeared, in May, 2005.
My journey led me to correspond with her father, and Geraldo Rivera.
Also, music was the medium, Steve Ison and I were workin' on a collabro "Identity Thief," and Steve I. posted the song on soundclick about 5 days before Natalee's disappearance in Aruba drew worldwide coverage..
My lyrics mention Aruba by name, and an identity thief who kidnaps/kills a girl on vacation, who was from the south, Atlanta, Ga in the song, and mentions a beach, sharks, and so on. Also, describes the personality traits of the killer.
Pretty darn close to Natalee's disappearance.
I've felt a connection with Natalee since seeing her face on the tv, the song is a premonition. LOL
The kicker is that the song mentions Machu Peechu. A few years later, Joran Van Der Sloot, the main suspect in the case, was captured in Peru, a few miles from Machu Peechu, Peru, where he is incarcerated, and convicted of the murder of a peruvian woman.
Wrote two songs about Natalee Holloway, includin' a collabro with Steve Ison., called "Natalee."
Haunted? No.
A link? Yes....
Whatdoyatrhink? Where's Rod Serling when you need him, to step out from behind a tree?

Your interesting story reminds me of 2 highly strange things that happened to me in regards to the day 9-11 shook the world.
Personally I'm currently obsessed with a celebrity and yes, feel some cosmic link to her that's driving me to do anything I possibly can to meet her. This whole thing is unlike me so it's definitely a strange thing to experience.

Growing up in Hollywood, CA, I have always firmly believed that a celebrity is just another cockroach that wants to steal my parking space. So I never feel any cosmic connections with cockroaches.
