50th Episode Gala Celebration
This week will mark the 50th episode of Idyllic Music. Several messages reached me this week at idyllicmusic@cox.net asking how we intend celebrate this milestone. The answer is to follow through on our commitment from the onset to present the very best music we find for any particular week. And so we will hear from Ikarus, Ventriloquist, Smashed Toy, Artemis, Fear Called Living and I am Dog Biscuit

We are kicking off the New Year with a new website www.idyllicmusic.com and a more properly chilled tone to the podcast.
Here are a few things that will remain the same:
1) My Space Spotlight of signed Trip Hop and Downtempo bands including Massive Attack, Lamb and Boards of Canada
2) The podcast will still run between 20 and 30 minutes and include 4 or 5 songs
3) Focus will remain on the music and the artists with relevant links included
4) It's still Free. Available at iTunes, Feedburner, Yahoo, Podcast Alley etc.
5) We'll continue to search the Internet for the very best Chillout music.
6) You'll continue to be surprised at how many cool bands are out there that you haven't heard yet.
