Three New Blues Songs
Hello IACers,
It's been awhile... Hope you're all finding your musical muses. I've got a new all-blues album out. Getting good reviews and airplay. I've posted three tracks on my IACpage. Thanks for listening.

Hey Chandra. Congrats on being at #1 on the Ambient chart. (And for such a long time too!)... Just playing the track now. And it's perfect for this rainy day in Vancouver. Glad you're doing well, so it seems, too.

John

Thanks Stoneman,
The Muddy song happened as it says. I dreamed about Muddy Waters one night and wrote down what I remembered in the morning. I found a riff and by noon the song was done. Felt like a gift from somewhere.

Hey way to go on all those awards. Must feel good to be acknowledged by the world out there. Way to go.

John

Cool tracks! I love the authentic sound of them. Excellent vocals and very punchy
down home drum sound as well as "real thing" stripped down guitars. You've captured the essence of the honest style you were going for. Good work.

Richard, thanks for digging the authentic sound. Rough in places but that's the way we wanted it to go. Getting a really good drummer and bass player was key to the whole process. (And congrats on the seven top of the charts tunes. Way to go!)

Silverwood, thanks for adding me to your station and generously posting my bio along with the track!

Great community feel you both continuously bring to this site. Much respect,

John
