Up and Up
BP 131 over 71 - what else can a person ask for - 5 months to get to this point - I'm going to sleep on this knowing that I'm on the right track health wise.

I thought that 100 was the ideal range (I might be wrong). My range is now the Pre-Hypertension range wich is much better than the EXPLOSION range I was in at the end of last January (180 range).

Big Congrats on that. Staying healthy is the biggest part to staying alive. I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure when I was 23 years old. Been dealing with it ever since. Martial arts has been my saving grace. The daily physical exertion from sparring, kicking, punching and breathing exercise keeps me low and safe. Then, there is also the fact that I smoke a lot of weed. That keeps me calm and serene. Keep striving for better health and you will achieve it. Much Respect, Stoneman
