And take a couple for me while your at it -- the amount of caffiene I have to drink to get through the day job leaves me in need of something late at night, to finally get to sleep after all the MUSIC / FAMILY and practice is done.
We're out of weed. NO money for alcohol and....welll --- shit -- Just take two damn chill pills Mister -- one for YOU & one fer me.

Living in the dream world is my right and privilege as a creative musician....
The thing is, I can dream out these albums and no one can stop me. I don't need any permission from a label or a studio, I can actually make the music I feel in me, and no one stops me or needs to give the go ahead.
So I dream it out, dream about it, live in a dream around it, and dream that it's being played for real in people's lives...
and then I dream some more....
...and I'm pretty happy with this
could just be a dream, but
please don't spoil my day
I'm miles away
and after all
I'm only sleeping
Plus, my music is kinda dream like.

Doesn't all of reality begin with the dream first?
Reality is created from dream.
So, the indies that you are referring to, are in process of creating the reality that they are dreaming of....
What is the difference from dream and reality anyway? Isn't dream world just another form of reality?
I suppose it's only "reality" if it's bringing in the cash?

Where DO Lost Dreams go? Do they get LOST Along the Way?
KEEP ON Dreamin', fellow indie musicians.... the muses will only HAUNT you if you try to stop them.

Am I awake, or am I dreaming? Is this reality, or just a bad dream? Dream on then, and we shall perceive reality together, whether awake, or sleeping. We are because we believe we are. Once we stop believing we exist, we cease to matter anyway. Phhhhhhhhhhhhht phoooeey.

Thanks for the kind words, Phlegm and for keeping Lost Dreams on your station. My good friend, Ronnie Gent sings on that one and he has a page here at IAC. Check him out! I'll be working with Ronnie again in the near future. He also sings on a song of mine that is #8 on the Classic Rock chart called Water From A Stone and another one called Bad Blood Between Us which is #15. I'm thrilled that I have 16 songs in the top 40 of Classic Rock and I want to thank the listeners and station managers who made it happen. Sharing my music with people who appreciate it is my "dream world" and my salvation.
#8 Water From A Stone
#9 Silver Wood
#12 Tower Of Love
#14 Brother John
#15 Bad Blood Between Us
#16 I Don't Wanna Change You

Many people live in a dream world, period. I think it is healthy... dreams give us hope and if there is no hope there is no point in living to see tomorrow.
Your big dreams may never come true, but at least you have the carrot on the end of the stick pulling you along.. and who knows.. you might just catch said carrot!
I am enjoying my dream world very much and it is becoming reality... so peel that!
