Poor girl, she doesn't know the half of it.
And she's one who can bear to look.
The GOP knows damn well what it is.
So does Don Trump. Despite all the mock complaints, they
were made for each other, and they know it.
Don said he'd pay the legal fees (which I assume meant bail as well)
for the crusty old-ass bigot white guy who punched a young black man
who was at Trump's Rally protesting... and is now in jail. Although
at the time, the police there-really guys, didn't you know better? Guess not
treated the guy who got punched, as the culprit, throwing him to the floor,
and telling Punchy the Clown he may go back to his seat. Well Punchy's
in jail now, he can't afford his two and a half grand for bail,
and Don, who said 'don't worry, I'll pay all the legal fees',
was talking out of his posterior. 'Cause he has not done what he said he would.
So, how much do you suppose I am going to believe
he will be true to his word in the White House?
Answer: Guess, idiot.
As for pontificating here,
I don't think I'm going to waste my energy doing that.
I just wanted to point out, Don said he'd do something, and he did not.
Make of that what you will.
I pay attention.
My support does not go out, then, blindly.
You earn it, or you earn it not, there is no 'try'.
I am incidentally, not 'wed' to any particular candidate.
And Don could win anyway,
because there are a lot more bigots around than who'll even answer 'polls'.
Personally, I happen to think this would be a Neato Burrito
time for the Sun (you know, that hot thing in the sky?)
to go Supernova and Blow The F*** Up. Maybe that's just me.
It'd be quick.
I'm going to have to make more topically delving records.
I have to do better.
Maybe John's happy sitting on his big fat famous laurels,
but mine aren't as big or as fat or as famous, so I'm not satisfied.
Of course, I know full well, I've just rubbed it up John's nose just then,
which was on purpose. I'm hoping to goad him into some of
his former genius, back when he was young, unafraid, and had his own life,
instead of commandeering someone else's....
Anyway, all this 'GOP Freakout'
about Don's 'not Republican'....
It's a lie. It's an act. They don't mean it.
Don is EXACTLY them. They know it. He knows it. God knows it.
But they're afraid to cop TO, that that's a match made in Hell.
Why?
Because some of us are still paying attention.

for those not familiar with the story...
it's the punching dude, the crusty ass old white guy
who was glad he punched a black protester,
and said so, on the news,
and then said that the black protester had 'deserved it,
and that if he came back, maybe this crusty ass old white guy punchin' dude,
would kill the young black man',
and Don must have heard that,
so he decided to go back on his word,
and not pay the guy's legal expenses.
Not that I'm complaining.
Assuming you ARE----which isn't much of an assumption at this point ----

you COULD, show them out the door, respectfully enough
(of course, if you were REALLY respectful, you'd let them say
what they want, but I see, that's no kind of option for you, Don, I see that)
without, inciting violence, and without also condoning it,
and I am disappointed in the police officers sullying the badge,
by allowing this kind of crap to go on at Don's Rallies.
Now, okay, the argument of 'what did you expect, protesting
at a Trump Rally?' is a good one.
One could ask the young black man,
"Really, Kid. Did you expect NOT to be punched?"
Though curiously enough, his friend, presumably there protesting
with him, who is six foot four inches tall or whatnot, did not get
punched, guess old punchy wasn't that damned bad-ass.
There is an unseemly side to all of this meteoric rise
of Don Trump.
And it is that a whole lot of white people are closet bigots.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn,
(okay, maybe a little, but I shouldn't be)
that many voted for Barack Obama just 'cause they
perceived it as 'the thing to do' at that time....
I voted for the guy, because I thought he has a heart. Still do.
A good mind too.
It's good to have a good mind.
It is after all---I remember the commercials---a terrible thing to waste.
So is a chance to say something.
I just gotta figure out what the heck it is I need to say,
that will make a difference.

I just wrote to Rachel (Maddow)
and referred her to this very blog...
mentioned that she's in it, that should do it....
these television personalities love to hear about themselves...
I mentioned also to her, that she should put me on television.
And she should. I'd call out all this nonsense.
She won't though, because corporate types tell her what
she may and may not say, so her show is so in name only.
She does as she's told. Plain and simple.
Sad, really.
I asked her to 'cc' Lawrence O'Donnell as well....
same goes with him, I'm sure,
his show is his in name only....
he won't put me on television anymore than she will.

Inciting violence, well that is something that I find a concern.
As for 'fuck politics'.... oh I echo that sentiment,
I am so sick to bloody death of politics. Really am.
There is no reason except blatant bigotry
for the GOP to so steadfastly announced its refusal
to even hold a hearing on President Obama's Nominee
for the Supreme Court.
As for favor being shown to a large donator,

The Truth is, no one knows really what the hell Don Trump would do if elected.
The little I see, is cause for concern. Don incites violence at his rallies. Encourages it. Even says "don't worry I'll pay the legal fees" when one of his 'supporters'
punched a protester trying to leave... (Don lied; he didn't)...
typically you see people with money support the "Greedy Old Pig" party,
yet you can't afford to travel, you say, I find that curious. But whatever,
it's your life, and it's America, and you get to pick whom you want
to support... Don is certainly charismatic, I see that... more so than Hitler actually.
Which is how Hitler did what he did, charisma. Frankly though, even while
I liked him for a time, and still have to try now NOT to like him, which gets
easier when I see the stunts he's pulling at his rallies, he's lost me a good deal.
If he manages to get elected, well, I'm American Lesley Jane
and I'll report to him, as I have reported to two other presidents before him.
Big IF. But not an insurmountable one,
since the country is absolutely full of bigots and nazis for lack of better terms,
and I doubt there are any.
So, here's a thought, Larree....
I put it to you:
Call it a homework assignment.
Write a song, "Why I Love The GOP"....
record it, sing along with an acoustic.
I so want to hear, what you have to say about that.
And if you cannot write it, perhaps you don't feel it as much as you imagine
that you do.
Or don't. Whatever man. It's all Good.
I like Don, and it is despite a lot of things about him, like the bigoted ranting,
or the cookie cutter mentality of saying "Islam Hates Us",
they may hate him, but a more accurate statement
would than that would be 'Islamic Extremists Hate Us'....
they also hate anyone who doesn't agree with them.
Anyway, if you are up to it, I would love to hear what Larree
comes up with, musically, to sell his view. I really would.
I'll thank you twice.

Larree, there is really no way of knowing WHAT the heck he would do,
without handing him the keys...
Personally, I don't trust him at this point, and I hope to God that he
doesn't get elected. But if he does, then I'll report to him,

Hillary is worthless. Bernie is much more honest than Hillary could ever be. If Bernie has a chance of winning when the California primary comes around I will vote for him. Mainly because I think Trump will lock up the nomination before California and my vote will not matter. But if Hillary has it locked up, too, I will vote for Gary Johnson. I like open primaries.

the other one'll be the VP odds are....
I prefer Bernie, he's the real thing....
she's like a Swiss Army Knife, in terms of political savvy and know-how....

I pray Bernie comes out on top,
because although I suspect she'll be president one day
in the middle of Bernie's second term,
it'll be 'cause the guy finally worked himself to death,
and then she'll take over,

...I didn't even LIKE Trump until I realized how much all the "rats" and "weasles" hated him. My wife has been in the Trump camp all along, but I always thought The Donald said ignorant things and then just kept repeating himself over and over and over again. Apparently, that is just one of his "tactics"(the general poulation is really very ignorant)... now I'm sounding like Trump, huh. Anyway, since 1980, when Reagan chose "Fuckin' Bush" for running mate(After Promising NOT TO HAVE ANY CFR or TRI-LATERAL members in his cabinet. What a big fat lie!) I told everyone at work that the Republicans were just a Hulk Hogan and the Democrats were Lex Lugar and that all politics were WAY, WAY WORSE THAN THE WWF!!! This is still the case today. And a Trump could really be "THEM" pulling a fast one on a person like me. So, I say "NO ONE FOR PRESIDENT 2016"... My prediction in 2008 was that there would be no more Presidents after Obama anyway... We will see. -M-
