Video Shoot with The Sally Strawberry Revue tonight....
Going to be a fun night tonight, as we (The Sally Strawberry Revue of which I'm proud to be a part) are shooting a video!
We are going to do four or fives songs as a performance, and have got some pro guys in to video it. (A bit of skill exchange to afford the cost..). We recording out the back of a our local venue The R.M.A. Tavern as the back room has a nice stage with a velvet curtain backdrop etc. Any one who's close eneough to get there is more than welcome to join us as an "extra" (ie be the audience). It kicks off arround 8:00pm.

Not sure how long the editing process will take afterwards but hopefully I'll be able to post some of the results soon.

Well the shoot went really well. Quite a lot of work, carrying arround heavy tables moving chairs and stuff to get the room looking right, we managed to get a really good sound on stage and in the room, and the sound guy just recorded it with an expensive looking mike on a big boom up near the ceiling. We played prety well, any nerves from the unusualness of shoting video rather than doing a gig were worked off with all the table humping, and a couple of dry runs when stills were taken.
It was great fun!
I'll be getting the stills first but not sure how soon. I'll post a couple when they arrive.
