Well, "dork" might be a bit too strong a word given that I've been a Riddler fan since I was about five.

Let's start over on a new foot. How 'bout this: are you the central character in the next movie, and if so, how would anyone follow Ledger's Joker? I mean, it's enough to shut down the franchise.

But as for deep, you gotta admit it adds depth when Ison speaks in that phony British accent. Who does he think he's fooling, anyway?

I haven't seen the recent episode of Batman, I've always felt the Joker is overrated. I should've been in the first Batman movie, not he. Thanks for having a listen and for taking the time to comment, Bob. That interview was the culmination of about nine months of very active DJ-ing here for me, and it was a time when my real creative energy got pointed into the station ideas rather than my own songwriting and recording. It was very fun, and I could imagine that being a DJ and/or an interviewer would be one of the few "real" jobs I could sink my teeth into. I've had a slight fantasy of doing a Charlie Rose-style interview show with some live performance as part of it, and actually have connections to the "local access" crowd of our area's cable tv setup...but that would take a real commitment and a lot of time and I just don't have the time.

At any rate, the interview was a joy to do, mostly because I really was just being myself and honestly expressing my admiration and enjoyment of Steve and his music. Whether it was recorded for an interview or simply a phone chat between two online acquaintances making the leap to "real life" friends I gladly did it. I absolutely love the opportunity that exists on this site to not only find so many great tunes to listen to, but to have some friendly banter with the folks making it. Although the urge rises from time to time to stick a truck of dynamite under my various online pages and obliterate all trace of my internet existence THAT more than anything else is what keeps me going online, and specifically here.

I'm delighted you got that feeling off us talking :)...even tho i can here my self-consciousness and it makes me cringe,i so wish i was more relaxed but if i get any other opportunities hopefully i can learn to be more so..
I love your posts so much for being open and insightful about your creative process.Its where my fascination lies too and i'm constantly looking for things here and on the 'net to feed me that way..I really wish there was more stuff..
