New feature: subgenres capability, chart functions, and reclassification

As a preview of the coming IAC 3.0, and to make way for a coming influx of artists and songs, genres have now been provided with subgenres and the charts reflect this. Songs not having a subgenre have been assigned one.
Over the next several weeks, some of the subgenres receiving less use will be consolidated with others. Also, requests for additional subgenres will be considered.
Artists may want to review the subgenres they have selected previously, and update some selections based upon the many new offerings, with a view toward advantageous placement.
There are some subgenres that are found in several different genres. Based upon usage and other factors, these will be consolidated in the future.
