Hey Daddy by Mick J Clark

This is an emotional song, of a child growing up in a dysfunctional family.
Hope you like it.

Hey Mick,

Gave a couple listens today... I do like the song. The vocals are on spot! The emotion is there. The parts work well together. I like the simplicity of it. Meaning simple production vs over produced.
The mix needs a little work and the main guitar sounds a bit out of tune.... that aside good idea and song!

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for taking the time to listen to my song, appreciate the feedback. Yes it is heart felt, I wanted it to stay sounding raw, yes I know the guitar is a bit out, thought it would show my angst, that's just me, hope it resonates with a lot of other guys, when they were growing up.

Cheers
Mick

heard and added to m'station "Picnic." "pleasin' vocal, smooth patina, and dramatic storytellin', with vivid details, the nuclear family, and social commentary, well performed, with grit and history..."

kudos...*****

Hi Mick,

Heard and added "When Teeth Hit the Bottom Lip," creative endeavor, and tick-tockin', rockin' guitar and bass, quite unusual, in a good way...

Will check out your page for another listen, hopefully...

cheers...
