Fantastic work on this. Great metallic flavors coming in and out at will. Contrasting that is a very benign melodic center. Lots of flavorful moments with curious stylings in and throughout. Got a bit repetitious in spots but the crazy metal grit coming through helped to break that up a bit. All in all, very enjoyable piece to listen to. The only critique I would give is that the song form seemed to die very quickly and was replaced by groove laden properties. I would break that up by establishing a prominent bridge and more definable verse/chorus structure. But it truly is a fun listen just the way it is.

Thank you for your great comments Stoneman
Did you hear the original version by shoe city sound? http://indiemusicpeople.com/songs.aspx?SongID=87579&ArtistID=84664
Have a listen if you have time it makes my version all the more amusing and comical in a heavy metal way.
Would like to know if your thoughts are the same after listing to the original.
Love to hear what you have to say and appreciate the feedback.
Thank you for your time its really appreciated.

My goodness, it's like listening to two completely different songs. Shoe City Sound has that smooth, mellow Latin vibe going on. You have that rough and ready hard edged sound. Very interesting contrast. I like both versions. Music is always open to personal interpretation. The cool thing about art is the fact that there are no concrete rules on where creativity will lead you. It just grabs us by the hand and leads us down our own path. Me? I follow willingly because I love the excitement of watching something new take flight. One of the things I miss about being in a band is the coming together of several artistic minds. One of the things I don't miss about being in a band is the coming together of artistic minds. It can be a blessing or a curse. But I digress, Really enjoyed listening to both versions.

Thanks for your comments Stoneman I am always interested in what you have to say.
What you said that is sounds like two different songs is great. I used the skeleton and tempo of the shoe city sound and then turned it on its head. Glad you enjoyed it.
Be on the look out for our second mix called "lime translucent straight up" which is my version of the original style with some 60's wah instead of Latin guitar.

Slightly spellbinding with a certain audacity in using guitar unusual sounds; like it very much, I added to one of my station.
