Connor Shane is a contemporary rap artist whose debauched rhymes are alternately rapped and sung with relaxed melodicism. The Toronto, Canada native (originally from Hamilton) started rapping before he was a teenager and recorded tracks for several years prior to seeing a major increase in his online streaming numbers. With a small parlay from his career in marketing to creating songs of his own he built up an underground following, and gained major exposure when he was able to record his first project in the private studio of Mackie, the popular reggaeton artist in Medellin, Colombia. Along with a handful of BTS production, Connor independently issued two singles, Coming Home and Let's Talk Later in 2018. Those releases helped generate a decent following and bring exposure to Connor's music. His debut project is slated for 2019.
