Folk duo Oli&Lu (Oliver Sinay and Lucia Ruzbarská) originated, in 2005 after 10 years for the second time. Each of them comes from the opposite part of the country (Bratislava and Kosice), during their musical careers each of them focused on different genre, they do have neither children nor parents in common. Their musical production is autogenous, with a little taste of chilli and cinnamon. During the summer 2006 they performed on more than 20 festivals of music in Czech and Slovak Republic, that will be similarly in this year, in addition they will also take part on three international festivals of music in the UK. Oli&Lu´s songs have already lead to charts in further continents – Ireland, the USA and Australia.

In 2007 Oli&Lu is widening to trio, as a new member there is a guitarist and a vocalist Katka Böhmová who also takes part in a folk formation Kofein -together with Oli.

Trio Oli&Lu organizes a cycle of Folkove vecery (Folk evenings), which are taken place regularly in Bratislava, World Music Festival in Banska Stiavnica and duo is also in charge of extensive project for charity called Slniecka z onkologie (The Shines from Oncology) - dreams of children suffering from oncological illnesses are turned into reality by the muscians.
