| Courtney is an award-winning, 19 year old singer/songwriter. Her unique sound and songwriting style has been compared to Sarah McLachlan, Norah Jones, and Anna Nalick. Courtney has shared the stage with recording stars JoDee Messina, and Sara Evans. This past Summer she completed her Northwest tour that included 35 shows in 80 days. Courtney has been featured on local radio, KSND and KBZY in Salem, and KUPL in Portland. This past Fall, she was a featured performer in a musical special, broadcast in primetime, on Portland Oregon's NBC-TV affiliate, KGW. Currently Courtney is back from working in the studio with Chicago-based, two-time Grammy-winning producer/songwriter Jim Tullio (Los Lonely Boys, Ritchie Havens, Mavis Staples, The Band, David Bromberg) on her new, six-song EP of original music. He has brought in some of the best to help her out, including guitarists Bill Ruppert, and John Rice, keyboardist Chris Cameron and drummer/percussionists Larry Beers and Matt Walker who have played with the likes of Bob Dylan, Mavis Staples, Smashing Pumpkins, and Josh Groban, among others. The EP was mastered by Adam Ayan (Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban) at Gateway Mastering. Courtney will kick off her Spring/Summer West Coast tour by singing the National Anthem at the Rose Garden Arena in Portland for an upcoming NBA game on March 20th, 2006, Then its on the road for shows in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, LA, San Diego, and Phoenix.
