Unreliable? Anyone who cites their influences as dub, samba, rock, blues and processional drumming (amongst other things) has got to be pretty unreliable…yet the album is melodic, coherent and compelling. Weird. But good.

Unpredictable? Having seen the dawn played in over too many cold beaches and soggy fields, he has headed for the bright lights of London... But there is always the risk he will jump on a plane and take a road-trip Mexico-way. It has happened before…."
