I read it - thanks for the link - if the details are true about the low prices of writer compensation sought by the RIAA and the DiMA, those two organizations seem absolutely unscrupulous and unfair and deserve to be called on it.

The RIAA and DiMA have a hell of a lot to answer for if you ask me! If it wasn't for the musicians, there would be no RIAA or DiMA. They seem to conveniently forget that!
