Womankind came to the fore today.
We are living in historic times, folks.

well in no way does 'womankind" imply every single woman in the world. Anyway i think Yoko is one of a kind, no stereotypes even would apply to her.

So what does ‘womankind’ mean? A selection of females that you like?

Frankly, I think this is a politically charged statement having this on the pipeline and is completely all about politics and should be on the political pipeline, this is not about womankind its about politicalkind and the dirtiness and wretchedness of how to falsely accuse someone, and Fords states have been discredited anyways by the prosecutor, her story dont hold a bucket of water . But if this is here then i am doing this one Ford's testimonies inconsistencies
Prosecutor pokes holes in Fords Testimony
So from now on, lets stay away from this type of thing, its all about politics
Democrats vs the GOP
nothing useful having this post here IMO
But here is a real strong woman running for Mayor in Toronto who is being persecuted and not allowed to speak at debates. this is not equality for women, equal rights squelched, Trudeau is a soy boy and not a true supporter of womans rights even though he says he is, spineless blunder boy

I don't know Bryon, is wanting women to reach their appropriate place in the world really political, or is it more about humanity?
Obviously you did not watch Dr. Ford's testimony or only saw a few short blips of it, because if any witness in the history of this earth was legit, it was her. On the other hand, the only public figure who told more lies than Cavanaugh is Trump himself.
but let's not go there with this thread, please.
Francesca, I like that you ask me tough questions. Womankind as I use it means the collective of women. But when I speak of the collective, this does not in any way preclude that any human might have troublesome characteristics - selfishness, manipulativeness, etc.

I watched the whole thing Scott. I will say, she was convincing in the fact something happened to her, no question, although there is no question as well, the Judge is not involved ,too many holes in her story, and that is it. I just feel we can do better here inspiring one another and motivating one another in our musical endeavors, that is my take, this should be on the political pipeline, but perhaps Bluto does not think so. I respect their opinion and most times Bluto is right on!

Scott

well Bluto answers to me, and I think women transcend political.
I find it rather odd that you speak of the holes in Ford's story when Kavanaugh's entire spiel was swiss cheese.

C'mon Gregg, that whole piece by Rachel M. was lame. This was not a trial, the standard was not to prosecute, it was to bring light to a job interview for a lifetime appointment to the greatest court in the land.
Anyway i'm really surprised that you're against Ford, being the great defender of all things Heather McCartney! :D

Scott....., she's a certified liar.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/christine-blasey-ford-ex-boyfriend-says-she-helped-friend-prep-for-potential-polygraph-grassley-sounds-alarm
"In a written declaration released Tuesday and obtained by Fox News, an ex-boyfriend of Christine Blasey Ford, the California professor accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, directly contradicts her testimony under oath last week that she had never helped anyone prepare for a polygraph examination.
The former boyfriend, whose name was redacted in the declaration, also said Ford neither mentioned Kavanaugh nor mentioned she was a victim of sexual misconduct during the time they were dating from about 1992 to 1998. He said he saw Ford going to great lengths to help a woman he believed was her "life-long best friend" prepare for a potential polygraph test. He added that the woman, Monica McLean, had been interviewing for jobs with the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office.
He further claimed that Ford never voiced any fear of flying (even while aboard a propeller plane) and seemingly had no problem living in a "very small," 500 sq. ft. apartment with one door -- apparently contradicting her claims that she could not testify promptly in D.C. because she felt uncomfortable traveling on planes, as well as her suggestion that her memories of Kavanuagh's alleged assault prompted her to feel unsafe living in a closed space or one without a second front door.
Ford "never expressed a fear of closed quarters, tight spaces, or places with only one exit," the former boyfriend wrote.
However, on Thursday, Ford testified, "I was hoping to avoid getting on an airplane. But I eventually was able to get up the gumption with the help of some friends and get on the plane." She also acknowledged regularly -- and, in her words, "unfortunately" -- traveling on planes for work and hobbies."

Larree, I started this thread about the empowerment of women. If you think that's a political stance that's your white man's entitlement talking.
You guys put me in a position where I have to defend a woman who got sexually assaulted when she was 15 years old. Then some of you complain it's too political. Nice work.
