Okay you got me with this one. Archie is stuck in my head a lot and it had some really cool parts so I'm adding it to Betty.

Yeah ditto what Betty said, like a lot of your songs they go along and you're thinking where is this going and then these really great hooks show up and you're transported to another time.

Anyway I have a song with a similar title so I feel it's pertinent to post here although mine is a more serious song in tone, it is about a real situation, a girl I met on the internet who made an impact on me. It was on my first record and has been called by one critic the best bass playing I ever did.

To Betty: Thank you, and, Yay!!!!! I made it to Betty's station.
Thank you again, Sweetie. You're a good kid, may Love be with you Always.

To Scott:

this is a very very good song, Bro.
some pretty tripped out guitar work too...

yes I would guess you have ridden
Lancaster Sydney Devonsport, the multi-colored multi-dimentional dragon.
Me too. Oh... yyeah.

Did I say this is a very very good song? It is a Great song.

I enjoyed it. Thanks for posting it here.
Though I did end up just going to your page,
'cause this was a link to just the player,
and I wanted to read the lyrics while it played too, which I did. Nice.

Thanks for checking it out.

The line about New Year's Eve, I was at a New Year's Eve party with my girlfriend and they had stopped serving alcohol, so we started to drink out of glasses left on our table after those guests had gone. heh

Now that is a bit freaky,

'cause like, that was one of my favorite lines in the song,
"you don't know me from Adam and I didn't know you from New Year's Eve"
I thought that was very clever. Cool background sketch too, I've been there.
Drinking off of people's tables, long time ago, at a gig. Already said too much.
I've had finer hours.

one of my better bridges

You didn't know me from Adam
and I don't know you from New Year's Eve
but somehow we both drank from the stolen glass
I thought I was a fortress
but you found my keys left in the door
You were only passing by
I was naked, waiting, wanting more
