As a citizen of the one-party state of California, I do not believe this will stand up in court. It has never been a federal 'requirement' to show your taxes if you run for president. I apologize for my state's stupidity.

The state can do whatever they want but if it's not Federal law my guess is their electoral votes won't count in a National election if they don't include all votes.
I don't care if they require it or not... do it... don't do it.
If it makes you socialist feel good... have at it. go do what has to be done to make it Federal law.
I still wouldn't have vote for Hillary or Trump...

However, there is no federal law or requirement stating that a presidential candidate has to show their tax returns. So, my wonderful state is just wasting taxpayer money here. This would get shot down in a heartbeat in court, as federal law "trumps" state law. Dummy.

The final tab for former President Obama's eight years of family travel to ski resorts, beaches and European cities has finally come in and the bill is $99,714,527.82.
Judicial Watch, the taxpayer watchdog group that has shifted its attention to President Trump's travel costs, said it just received some of the last responses to Obama-era Freedom of Information Act requests for trip costs from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Secret Service.
They show:
— The March 2014 trip to Key Largo during Spring Break – where the first family stayed at the exclusive Ocean Reef Club – cost the Secret Service $247,827.50; $182,120.33 for hotels and $65,707.17 in travel expenses. The total cost of that trip with previously released $885,683 in flight costs from the Air Force is $1,133,510.50.
— Michelle Obama's February 2015 Aspen vacation cost the Secret Service a total of $64,807.41; $47,109.28 for hotels, $3,559.43 in rental cars and $14,138.70 in other travel expenses. The total cost of the trip with $57,068.80 in flight costs from previously released Air Force records is $121,876.21.
— Judicial Watch released documents from the Air Force concerning the 2016-2017 Obama family Christmas trip to Honolulu showing 17.9 hours flying at $142,380 per hour, bringing the total flight cost to $2,548,602.
The price does not include all expenses and many of the unknowns are expensive, including those for communications, security and the prepositioning of jets, limos and even ships for security when the Obama's vacationed in Hawaii and Martha's Vineyard, Mass.
"For eight long years, the Obamas spent our tax dollars for a lavish jet-setting lifestyle," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "Many in the media would only focus on President Trump's travel, but Barack Obama continues to cost taxpayers with his luxury travel and we aim to get the facts."
Trump is also coming under for his weekend trips to his golf resorts in Florida and New Jersey. Some critics believe his costs will top Obama's.
For example, On May 4, Judicial Watch released Air Force One pricing records showing that just two trips to Mar-a-Lago cost $1,281,420.

My edit in this post was to make it clear as can be to you, security to security... to show the numbers that proves your statement that trump has already spent more on security than Obama did during his two terms. That's what you said and you post forecast of what could be.
