Trust me, the pendulum keeps swinging back and forth. The demise of the democrats is not imminent. Don't celibate too soon Bryon. There is a political pendulum and its on its way back around again. The Democrat-Progressive-Communist Party is mirroring what their counterparts in Europe have pulled. Throw the doors open to endless immigration who will have political loyalty to only them and tilt all future elections to insure permanent 1 party rule.
This is why the USA has rejected this corrupted version of the Democratic Party, because they know instinctually that they don't matter anymore and are looking to the Repubs to protect their future.
They'll be back though, hopefully after a sensible purge of all the extremists who have run the current party into the ground. They will be back as they should be..

Trump convinced enough people he is anti-establishment anti-big money donors and that he was going to look out for the forgotten people.

Yeah, it's all a load of crap. I have been hearing that the prez is going down since inauguration day. Seriously. So I call bullshit on the whole thing. 100% pure bullshit. I expect the government to govern; not waste years of time on bullshit.
