Melodic, clean vocals driven by guitars and a "bloozy" sax.

Written, performed, recorded, and produced by Bob Lyon. (guitar and vocal) Backed by other members of Moss Agate...Joel House on drums, Mike Loos on guitar, Ed Hamblin on bass, and Ted Maciag on sax.

It's about how grief can take over and control a person to the point where sometimes, you'd rather forget.
My mouth is dry, my heart is cold, I've got an aching in my bones from old, I've got parched lips, gnarly fingertips, and I can see right down to your soul to places time forgets. My eyes bleed red from blistering Sun, I've got a feeling like a man on the run, I lay back and low, hidden in the cracks and the creaks, I can see through your troubled eyes, straight through your heart and guide your feet. (now move, child) My hunger's thirsty, my mind is twitching like a hand on a gun, I don't mind telling you, 'cause you're the one on the run, My breath is bad, my hair's a mess, I hardly ever bother getting dressed, I can see what I know I should be and that's what makes me upset, sometimes memories are times you'd rather forget. Sometimes you'd rather forget, sometimes you'd rather forget, sometimes you'd rather forget. x

How on Earth did this classic, melodic Rock production get overlooked, it surely is a masterclass in its genre. A bunch of talented, create musicians and a powerful front man. Even the lyrics are interesting. Sometimes songs need to be forgotten... but not this one!
