Written by Ronnie Hawkins, Jacqueline Magill and Levon Helm. My cover version (licenced) featuring lead guitarist, John Lewis, ex-member of Ronnie Hawkins and the Hawks, and the incredible Mary Jo Bailey Lyell's haunting backing vocals is on my soon to be re-released CD album Those Were The Days – Neil w Young & The Hot Rod Stars. Along with "Hey Boba Lou" it was one of two songs on Ronnie's 1960 'Mr. Dynamo' LP that I covered on my album.

Lyrics: Ronnie Hawkins, Levon Helm, Jacqueline Magill

Soaring haunting backing vocals: Mary Jo Bailey Lyell
Backing and harmony vocals: Ray Lyell
Lead guitar: John Lewis
Bass guitar: Ray Lyell
Hammond organ: Carl Horton
Drums: Brian Dexter
Cowbell and cabasa: Mike Rajczak
