Harmonic choral singing to a Waltz time backing

This was the original video before the song was improved and re-titled for the Girls

Was originally called Clouds reflected about self reflection but remixed for 'The Girls' to focus on the teary elements
I stood by a stream with the wind in my hair
Your voice sounded clear but you were not there
The clouds passed so quickly as if in a race
And when I looker closely I thought I saw your face

I looked to the sky as the clouds passed by
and each silver lining reminded me why
without you to carry my off on a dream
clouds are just reflections in the stream

I stood by a lake with the Sun in my eyes
My heart filled with sadness and lingering goodbye
The clouds went by slowly, obscuring the light
and then without warning day became night

I looked to the sky as the clouds passed by
and each silver lining reminded me why
I knew that without you clouds would break
and end up like teardrops in the lake

The words my be slightly different on the 2nd chorus
Song Comments

It's strange how really sad songs can sometimes make you feel happy. I remember sitting by water feeling sad and looking towards the deep but this beautiful song makes me look up to the sky where the clouds cry and once they do the darkness passes. We have so much to learn from nature.
