What the Folk!
Authentic and Genuine and believable! This song that Clyde Lucas drops about the Ghost of te Saldus Range was so inviting and painted a picture in my mind as he weaved this amazing ride along story. Amazing singing, awesome tone and timbre, few are gifted with such quality of a voice. There is a solid rhythmic guitar work throughout, well rehearsed and presented. This is a song that is reminiscent of the cowboy and country singers from way back in the day that my Dad would listen to,and I along with him, on those old 78's he spun on his ancient record player. This is a Well woven song with touches of mysterious elements and ghostly visages. All the way throughout the journey of sorts, it Conjured up a vision of being right there along side of this ole cowpuncher. Seeing that remnant ghostly freaky visage of the old steer would make one get creeped out, and would drive shivers up and down your body. This was a treat to listen to and so listenable.Ghost of te Saldus Range draws one right in with a well crafted lyrics and brings a story one certainly wont forget, be back for more of your fine muse for sure, review by Bryon Tosoff
