Saturday
0.30
Saturday
it isn't just another day
not for me
Since you came
and changed my world
so nothing's quite the same

0.54
Saturdays
I used to call them sadder days
until you....
Suddenly
you've swept away
my reason to be blue (or: my reasons for the blues)
1.18
Can't deny
I at first resisted
when you started twisting me round
Maybe I
was scared to make the changes
I got used to feeling so down
1.42
Saturdays
You make them all such happy days
with your love
And your ways
of seeing rainbows
everywhere that you go
2.06
Can't deny
you are hypnotising
I've been realising gradually (if gradually can't be used cos of syllable count, see next refrain where I change it)
you're the one
I've needed for so long now
you have swept the blues from me
2.30
Can't deny
you are hypnotising
I have realised you see
you're the one
I've needed for so long now
you have swept the blues from me

Got Music?
No style or musical instrument escapes Amy Caldwell and her troupe of fine musicians, whose biggest problem is in trying to fit too much onto every recording. Some of the recordings themselves could be better, and tarnish some really excellent material across the board. This well-written tune, however, is done just so in every respect, kudos to the sax along with Caldwell's torchy vocal. (thh)
