This song is a message to the people, events come and gone.

Written and recorded by Submission: Ryan, Warren, Kendall
Produced by Larry Anschell at Turtle records

This song was born based on a personal conviction. Written from perspective, allowing the listener to derive conclusions based on there own convictions.
V1.
Our sins are upon us
as we waist away
how can we survive today.
As surely as I live says the king,
I take no pleasure in suffering,
I only want redemption for your ways,
your shattered history wiped away.
Pre Ch.
I am not my own my life has been paid for in full.
Ch
I want be silent
my heart is violent
feel my pulse
I bleed for you.
V2.
Good works of people cannot save,
nor can there sin destroy
if repentance is the way,
The king came not to bring peace
he came to divide.
You have to give up your life,
in order to find.
Seek and find.
Brk Dwn.
I cannot hide from what you did for me,
cause on that day, you set me free.

SMASH
Submission is a Canadian Heavy Metal Rocking Band based in Vancouver BC They are a group that offers up some exhilirating and superb heavy duty rocking tunes. The song I have chosen to critique is "Watchman" The song provides us with an insight of their insightful writing abilites and amazing melodic approach. This song is a fabulous peice of work. With great harmonies and slamming rhythmic driving guitar slathered with huge percussion shots. What a magnficient production. This is a well crafted song with great vocals , from a quiet edgy subdued approach at the begining of the song to that of a raunchiness that is gripping and ripping. The intro is superb,it starts with a quiet energy that builds into a rock symphony of gigantic proportions. I hope that I can have the opportunity to see them in concert sometime soon to experience the phenom musicians and take in the energy they deliver , Smash says : One hell of a band. Ready for worldwide distribution
