Jimmy lays it all on the line in this, 'wish I'd said what I should have said before it was ... Too Late ... to say I love you ...' A song of regret as Jimmy calls it, and such a great song it is, written by Jimmy and Harry Hamm featuring talented musicians in Jimmy's camp and sung by Jimmy in his gifted and trademarked vocal style that first caught my attention years ago way back in MySpace days with his "Where The Mighty Rivers Meet" song. "Too Late" is one of those 'look at the fool in the mirror' songs that tells a story only those who have been there know all too well, and wish so much they didn't. Such a pleasure listening to Jimmy - the consummate storyteller and troubadour that makes this old cowboy want to throw another log on the fire and let Jimmy fill the cabin with his special brand of 'legendary' music.
