Punk guitars with megaphone vocals descending from spaceships with a political message from the future.

Joel Beaupre solo effort: words/music/recording.

hey it could happen. Actually, credit goes to my friend Kevin Smith for his thought that the problem with the 60's is that people 'learned how to drop out but not drop back in,' which made it into the lyrics.
Hear the hum of our spaceships adorned with painted flowers. We make the cronies faint but do not wait, we'll take you around for hours. Our mission is transmission. We are refugees from your future totalitarian world. Most peoples' minds are frozen shut, but not the bad boys and girls. Stay tuned in, their world is so much bigger. We are of the stars. Our love is of the stars. The truth needs no conversion that you settle for what they offer. To model yourself on power. Of abandon your own rationality by following a great little man, who shows the infantile whom to hate, by giving them a master plan. There can be another future. Our world is so much bigger. We are of the stars. Our love is of the stars. We have dropped out, and now we're dropping back in! The age of irrational authorities from above is coming to an end. We're going to ground all our spaceships, but not to mark time in a cubicle, like robots. We are of the stars. Our love is of the stars. x
