This is the English version of the song "Kanonikotita" which is based on a Greek poem by konstantinos Dilzas. The Greek Version of the song counted over 8000 views at youTube, the so beautiful comments and the success of the song "do you remember?" lead the producing team to record it in an English Version.

Music: DJ sparkey
Lyrics: Tina Refenes
Sound Engineer: Petros Petropoulos
Studio: Polyphoniki Studio Athens
cover: Andrew X

The song is based on a true story and describes the way a man who loved so much his "other half" has to face the reality of being neglected and discarded.

It is a very sad song full of realistic moments described in english by Tina Refenes after long term conversations with konstantinos
LYRICS:

I learned to count the days differently those two and a half years.
Afternoons followed mornings, and then, came the evenings...

I remember the evenings leaving my neighborhood... my end... of the city, for yours.
To come to you with great happiness and a gigantic embrace!

Coming into our nest.. forgetting all else...
Where i waited for you...
Where you came...
Where you loved me....
Where we lived together...
Where we slept together.

And then the mornings...
As i sleep, your kisses scorching... my face... my mouth... my b?dy.....
And when i wake up...
Your message on my phone...
My incentive to start my day at work
"KALIMERA MAROKI MOU"....

Such happiness.. and the days continued as normal...
Mornings...afternoons..evenings..nights
Mornings...afternoons..evenings..nights

Now, the hours appear strange, and the day?
The day is strange too..
Evening comes too soon...
And then it is constant night
And there is no morning
And there is no message ...

There is only emptiness as the darkness invades....

For you i have died
I have not...
Do you hear me? x
