Song Comments

For years I have been drawn to the desert, been there many times, loved it every time and missed it every time I left to come home. In its quintessential mystical way, the desert felt like home. The first time I heard guitarist Ottmar Liebert's Spanish-influenced music on his 1990 Nouveau Flamenco album, I felt the whole presence of the desert fill my soul. Bryon's "desert flower" - done as Bryon said with a Roland-Fantom Spanish acoustic setting is as close as it gets to a dead ringer to many of the songs on Ottmar Liebert's album. It is like a breath of warm sensual desert air to my soul - peaceful, restorative, imaginative and spiritual - the complete soul-filling package for my easy listening hours. Thank you, Bryon.
