After an 11-year-old handicapped girl died in February, Springfield Township police found the home she had been living in was filthy, covered in feces and garbage and didn't have a working kitchen sink.Malake, who had cerebral palsy and other medical conditions, died of natural causes at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on Feb. 19.
