Denise has a Voice that is silky smooth and mellow, but they are sometimes haunting as well, yet at the same time her vocals are hopeful and calming too and she provides all of this and more in " Good Morning Heartache"! Denise has been blessed with a heart and soul of kindness as she reminds us here at IAC often, to be thankful and be happy!! .. In Good Morning Heartache she captures the songs meaning and feeling so well. She takes and shares with us the message and imparts to us that yes we all have hurt and pain and some more then others but we can in time take matters into our own hands as at the end of the song says " good morning heartache sit down" that everything is going to be alright and ok! She gives a sense of hopefulness as she sings and is able to share such with her silky and wonderfully textured vocals. I might add there is some well appointed piano accompaniment throughout the song and supports Denise superbly throughout the song..thank you Denise for such a wonderful rendition of a song that of love lost can hurt. but we can overcome and deal with it all in time
Fat Jacks Phat Jazz Sometimes heartache's last a long time, but Denise can make that hurt disappear with a fine rendition of a great song
Sandman's Songbirds Wow! This song mesmerises me whenever I listen to it. So beautiful yet haunting and melancholy! Denise's voice and phrasing are simply supreme! She's a fantastic singer! Rock on Denise!
