It's a good song, well written and performed. It fits the Station because saying "I choose nothing" means you settle for what you have and refuse to expect more - Nothing is not a bad thing after all, it releases you from decision and anxiety.

I found this great old song, they don't write them like this any more. It's on the Mindfulness Station because one way to calm the mind is to concentrate on every detail of something that gives you pleasure. Lovely Latin rhythm.
