Born in Brooklyn, and raised in New Jersey.
Adriano was the regional winner of the Starbucks/NEMO Emerging Artist Competition, he also performed at both the NEMO Music Festival (Boston, MA) and the Woodstock Film Festival (Woodstock, NY).
Adriano performed at both the NACA National Conference (Boston, MA) and the NACA Mid Atlantic Festival (Gettysburg, PA). Booked by OnCampus Booking (www.oncampusbooking.com). In early 2007, Adriano also shared the stage with James Taylor, as part of the New York Times Emerging Artist Series.
Within the last twelve months Adriano has shared the same stage with Jesse Harris (Verve recording artist, Grammy Award winner, wrote Norah Jones hit song Don't Know Why), Duncan Sheik (Rounder recording artist), Tina Dico (of Zero 7), Brendan James (Capitol recording artist) and Jean Paul White (Capitol recording artist).
Adriano caught the attention of Producer/Writer Curt Frasca (Avril Lavigne, Ryan Cabrera, o.a.r. ) who in turn invited him, along with his band Thad DeBrock (East Village Opera Company, Nelly), Doug Yowell (Duncan Sheik, Suzanne Vega, Sophie B. Hawkins) and Jeff Allen (Duncan Sheik, Suzanne Vega) to his NYC studios to record new material.
