OK...I'm not gonna talk about myself in third person fashion here! I'm a singer/songwriter with an extensive background in music, touring and recording (most often times...in the background) but I finally shed my shell and began pursuing my dreams without holding back. Long story short, I'm just a nomadic farm boy from the south wading through the wheat fields (so to speak) the eldest son of a preacherman/policeman, who was quite the "crooner" in his day. I remember stacks of vinyl 45's around the house with my Father singing "Bouquet of Roses" on the "A" side and thinking... my dad's a Rockstar! I moved to Palos Verde Valley area of Southern California (LA) just out of high school before moving back to Texas. My musical influences over the years have been Lowell Whitney, Paul Davis, Gordon Lightfoot, "The Eagles", J.D. Souther, Tom Waits, Paul Overstreet, Steven Curtis Chapman, John Mayer and many more.

I have performed at numerous venues stretching all the way from Texas to Arkansas, Florida, Oklahoma, Nashville (where I lived on Music Row for 2 years) and Seattle. I am currently working with my Executive Producer, Samuel Mathews of "New Sound Productions". Sam is a touring drummer for Bryan Duncan and The Neho Soul Band and produces Radio jingles and soundtracks for the film industry production companies such as "Lions Gate". He has also toured with the great Quincy Jones. I am blessed and fortunate to be under the wing of such a talented and experienced Producer and Musician. We are currently working on the Production of my EP and upcoming New Single.


As well as working with Sam, I work with many other musicians including Sound Guru Sal Salvador from Dallas, TX; Ken Beck and "The Ecclesiastical Mud Creek Music Project" in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as well as various studio musicians from Seattle, Nashville, Oklahoma and Texas. Musicians who have played a part in lending they're talents to my recording endeavors. I write/co-write with many different Artists and I am willing to write with many more.

In 1997, I established the Southern Draw Band (as the founding drummer) and played the Texas club circuit aggressively for several years. I went on to tour Texas with the "Jay Johnson Band" in 1999 and continued to play with Jay until 2003. We played numerous venues including Texas Festivals, Texas Radio, and a Live Television performance for a local Dallas station. In 2003, I left Texas and moved to Florida where I began my journey as a Solo Artist. This is where I began to showcase my music as a Singer/Songwriter.
