Five Corners is a five-piece band based in Long Island, New York. The band formed in the summer of 2014. The members include Marissa Turgati, on keys and vocals; Tom Schinkel, on guitar and vocals; Lauren Schinkel, on keys and vocals; Tom Quintman, on bass; and Mike Brasile, on drums and vocals. The members are between the ages of 14 and 19, and they regularly perform electric and acoustic shows at various local venues. Their iconic first performance took place at a high school event, where they covered The Beatles’ Abbey Road Medley. Since then, Five Corners has composed original music together and completed their first album, entitled “Prime.”
