JAKISA is an African- Australian and is best known as an Afro-pop artist specializing in hip-hop/afrobeat music but is not limited to one genre. With his social media gaining momentum as his career progresses. He has released his solo singles catch me, the way, love me more and his most recent collaboration with BillWill titled ‘Cry’. He has been making music since he was 11 years old inspired by his older siblings performing in his local city, he quickly learned the basics of music and attempted his very first recording. his career is based on struggle and ambition being able to freestyle to beats at any given time has been his gift for Many years. His biggest inspiration has been Michael Jackson, WizKid, Tory lanez, Bob Marley, Tpain and Chrisbrown He plans on using his success to bring light to those that feel that success is far away.
