Kavish began in 2002 as musician/songwriter Ken Mohan's solo recording project and then snowballed into a full band with the completion of their first record, Mindblown, in spring of 2005.
Kavish came into it's current incarnation in November of 2005 when Ken and guitarist Amy Mohan were joined by powerhouse drummer Shannon Kerr.
They have spent much of the last year working on their new record, recorded deep beneath the earth's crust at Ken's Subterranean Spider recording studio.
The new record, Overcoming Gravity, should be available by the first of the year.
