Not your typical band - in many, many ways. Started when there was a family christmas party and three cousins, all with somewhat limited musical abilities with Paul being the worst in never have played an instrument besides trombone in his life. So that night it was basically David playing the same reptitive and simple drum beat for 10 minutes as Paul played random octaves on the barely audible keyboard (we hadn't shown him chords yet) and Daven randomly played whatever his heart desired on the electric violin using a wah - wah pedal. It was a rough start, but none the less it was a start (we did record the jam, but we will most likely never post it or let anyone ever hear it ever). This did create a base for the future and almost exactly one year later (three days in a row until new years eve on the eve of 2006) the band constantly wrote and recoreded several songs, most of which are up now. Paul actually knew what a chord was (actually we would just show him a riff and he would slaughter it so bad that it would create a new riff and therefore a new, sometimes more creative song), distortion was used on anything we pleased, a guitar was added in, there was a mixer to record with, and there was overall musical improvement from every member. These songs were much stronger than our previous one, the new ones actually involved music, something the band had previously lacked. And that is where the band stands today, trying to send files over the internet and write songs, adding all of the parts seperately which is not easy work over three seperate states. Look for new material in mid-summer or perhaps around christmas, again.
