Satan and Adam are a high-energy raw blues act that began on the streets of Harlem in 1986. Personnel include Sterling Magee (guitar, vocals, and percussion), Adam Gussow (harmonica), and Dave Laycock (drums). Satan and Adam released three albums on Flying Fish/Rounder, including HARLEM BLUES (1991), MOTHER MOJO (1993), and LIVING ON THE RIVER (1996). Their latest album is WORD ON THE STREET: HARLEM RECORDINGS, 1989.
