The Heartfelt Apologies is a new up and coming band from Vancouver BC Canada. Consisting of sibling team Andrew and Melissa Barton, they aim to entertain with original folk-rock compositions.
The pair have been singing and performing together since childhood. Andrew (27) and Melissa (23), decided that this was the perfect time to collaborate in their own band.
Melissa Barton is no stranger to the stage and the spotlight, she has performed at countless venues in BC as a solo artist and with her band Virgil Kain in which her brother Andrew played bass. An accomplished songwriter, Melissa is excited to showcase the new album and is happy that Andrew is a part of it too.
Andrew Barton is currently studying acting at college, but still has time to practise the bass, guitar and drums, all of which he plays on the album. Andrew performed with his own garage band as a teen and later joined Melissa and others as the bassist for Virgil Kain. Andrews guitar and bass skills are showcased on the album in songs like ""Father"".
