WAKEman, Real name, Stuart Wakeman.

Fully Classicly Trained Musician (Piano/Organ), has been doing music since the age of 6 years old.
Been on the road since i was 16 with a duo called the Generation Gap, which was Myself ..boards and my father singing and my sister this continued till i was 24.

I was into recording since the same age and was fasinated by recording studios, so i developed recording skills and producing music and built a recording studio upto present day....

I became ill at the age of 14 with a rare disorder called ""Transverse Mylitis"".. I was paralized from the neck downward, i manged to regain movement and battled through to work again, but i had relapses over the years, now im 33, im now disabled through the condition unable to gig or work, ive turned to producing music, it takes me a long time to produce a track these days, but i still do it for pleasure and keeps the brain working :) and to prove that disabled people can produce good commercial music.

I helped alot of artists over the years, seen them grow to success using my productions and mixing abilites skills, its great to see some of them on myspace....

Makuini is my latest artist i worked with, on the New Zealand national anthem which i produced and arranged for her, plus i produced her jazz album, which was a great honnor to do.
