Biography of a Warrior: Apachi a.k.a Ron Key
Pachi, much like his name, is the long awaited warrior of this rap game. His unique, yet Pac reminiscent sound, is guaranteed to take over the air waves. Although, his music is new to the game, he certainly is not. He has been a major behind the scenes player for years now. Pachi has opened for countless acts such as the late Tupac Shakur, Outkast, and Nas, just to name a few. Not to mention his affiliation with hip-hop group, The Outlawz. Also, he was the protégé of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes who was helping him to develop his craft as an artist shortly before her untimely death.
During those experimental years, Pachi sat back and humbly observed the inner workings of the industry as well as the technical side. This evolutionary warrior is truly the full package. Not only is he a gifted orator on the mic but he even wrote, produced, and directed his own documentary, called “Steal Reserved” (twin title of his debut album), and an underground movie entitled “The Art of Seduction.” Moreover, he recently became a spokesmodel for the Revlon haircare line for African-Americans, African Pride. Anyone who spends more than five minutes with Pachi can see that he is a multi-talented, charismatic artist with an original thuggish nature that screams sex appeal. Most importantly, his lyrical ferocity on a variety of social issues coupled with soulful beats will have listeners starving for more.
