William (Scooty) King was born January 1, 1987 on the Eastside of Indianapolis. I developed my nick name ""Scooty"" when I was born and currently uses it as my stage name today. Although I was born on the Eastside, he was raised on and claims 42nd and Post Road.

I(Scooty) began my career rapping at 11 years of age. I raps both individually and jointly with his group ""MRC""(Meat Roll Clique), including artists Spark and Kano, whom also have solo careers. My rapping style is a ""midwest country swagger"" with an original approach.
