Bill is a professional ragtime piano performer and historian. He has recorded at least 35 albums over the last 25 years. He has appeared at many prestigious locations, including the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and the top ragtime festivals. He is also an author, working on two books covering ragtime history from its origin to the 1930s, then the 1930s to the 1970s.
