Its Bud-Ez. B. U. D. hyphenated by the weed leaf its so E. Z. Bud-Ez can be found in a little state known as Delaware, Dover to be exact. Where Talent can be found around every corner, but with no one watching whats the point. Right? Most people give up when you have people telling you "you can't," Not Bud-Ez, Thats food for them. So with Their Destiny in their own hands Bud-Ez Embarked on this road called hip-hop. Working as dishwashers Bud-Ez aka J-Dubbz and X-Caliber felt a need for something different in the music industry, so they took it upon themselves to be that SOMETHING DIFFERENT. These two MCs are complete opposites, which is a great reason they work so well together. And with no third party in their ears to get them off course, they are on the road to the top. With a Mean flow and lyrics that say something Bud-Ez makes an impact everytime words come out of there mouths.In honesty our music isn’t the “club banger” style, we can bump but we‘re not about rides and bling and all that bullshit. We talk about various topics but mainly our two major focal points are the education and discussion of the drug policies relating to the legalization of marijuana and also the stronger more serious side but also relevant topic of federal invasion into the rights and liberties of citizens by government and the corruption and scandals that plague our system along with even Voicing Opinions on the 9/11 attacks and other Conspiracies. The name BUD-EZ is more then just a play on words for marijuana, but also is something akin to ‘the buddies system’ in a sense. This world is pretty messed up these days and we feel that everyone should just be friends and should learn to just get along and realize that we are all one on this planet and that we need to learn to accept everyone for who or what they are, not who or what they are not. So looking at it that way BUD-EZ wants to be ‘buddies’ with everyone, man, woman, every race, color, and creed, and sit down, puff a blunt, talk about our situations and try to find peaceful ways to live and co-exist with one another. We want people to BE and THINK for themselves. We may not always be right but people should think for themselves and not judge something based on the way society or someone else wants them to see things. As for our music, we have 2 Cds out titled “The Seed” and “Blaze in the Obvious” a mixtape titled "Turkey Sandwich Mixtape" and are working on our 3rd album currently. We have toured outside Delaware due to the fact that we want out of this place, and also and more importantly that there is no outlet for hip hop, or ‘alternative hip hop’ in this state, so we have played from Virginia, to D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, Harrisburg PA, and New Jersey. Still Youngsters in the Game at the ages of 21 and with only 2 years under their belts they have been places most artist would dream of being. Writing the first cd in 2007 in a matter of months and recording the entire album themselves in their basement on a laptop in just a week, with just 7 months in into the game loaded a bus and headed for New York Cd in hand. They walked straight in to Def Jam with no clue to what they were doing. After getting RUSHED by security and escorted out they didn't let that stop them.After that they said "FUCK A MAJOR LABLES DONT ACKNOLEDGE ME, WE'LL GO INDEPENDENT LIKE IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE" BUD-EZ are the Most Chilled, layed back, potsmokin, stay stoned, got problems, but dont give a shit, individuals this side of the Mississippi.
