Ellis & Angel is a father/son musical duo. Joel Ellis has been an international recording star since the mid-1980's (www.joelellismusic.com) with bands Merri Hoaxx, Cats In Boots, Heavy Bones and Ellis Island with major labels EMI-Virgin, Capital, Polydor, A&M Recs, and Warner Bros/Reprise. Joel has also appeared in studio and live sessions with such music giants as The Rolling Stones, Bobby Womack, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, and several others.

After stepping out of the music business to raise his son Joey Angel on his own, Joel and Joey are now stepping out to release and promote they're debut musical efforts as Ellis & Angel. Joey being raised his entire life around his dad's home music studios (writing and recording his first solo efforts at age 6) and the Los Angeles pro music scene, Joey has developed into a highly seasoned and driven music artist under the privileged influences of many of music's A-class professional and even legendary artists absorbing his experiences, what he's being taught, see and hears like a sponge to become his dad's co-writer, and lead guitarist in Ellis & Angel.
