UNCLE ILLMO`S BAND was formed in 1996 by DARRYL E.PRINCE,ESQ.in NASHVILLE,TN.,who after many years in the CHICAGO area recording and performing with such groups as MISSOURI DIRT,DARRYL AND THE DARRYLIXX,THE ILLMO ALLSTARS decided it was time to make the move to MUSIC CITY where he took the nom de plume UNCLE ILLMO and put together UNCLE ILLMO`S BAND.Now 20 years Later And Several CD and Video Releases,plus Their songs used in several movies.They are still(quasi) thriving! !!!....ILLMO songs have been used in movies,radio and tv for years and the group shows no signs of ever slowing down.
