Ramita Arora is a singer/songwriter from Ontario, Canada. With a background in classical music, she went on to write her own songs, varying from acoustic pop/rock to soft singer/songwriter styles. Ramita accompanies herself on acoustic guitar and piano. She has also become adept in recording technology.

In 2013, Ramita wrote, produced, recorded and engineered her debut EP, Escape. Her influences include indie, acoustic pop, alternative rock, classical and film score. She completed her Bachelor of Music degree at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she studied songwriting and minored in music production in engineering. In 2015, she wrote, co-produced, recorded and released her second EP, Handwritten, along with the release several self-produced music videos. Ramita has also gained experience as a solo performer and teaches private music lessons to students in a variety of genres.
